
Krista is a passionate and driven Owner and Clinical Director who loves working with children from various academic and behavioural backgrounds. She has always had a goal as a nurturer to be an essential part of the learning process and accomplishments of children. She has worked in various settings such as IBI/ABA centres, group homes with highly behavioural clients, brain injury clinics, middle schools and home-based therapy. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an Honours Diploma in Behavioural Science Technology specializing in ASD and Developmental Disabilities. Her passion and dedication to see each child succeed is what has driven her to continue to do this valuable work within our community. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, painting, and spending time with her cat, dog, family and friends!

Alicia has a Masters of Applied Disability Studies and has been a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) since 2016. She feels extremely passionate about inclusion and how Applied Behaviour Analysis can help many children and people be an active member in their community. Alicia has supported individuals with a range of different diagnosis in many different settings. She has experience implementing ABA out in the community, in the home environment, treatment centre as well as in the school environment. Alicia is dedicated to reaching the families goals by creating individualized programs while having parents and caregivers play a crucial role in the support plan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters and cheering on her favourite sports teams!

Christie has a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University and completed her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Toronto in Cognitive Science and Health Studies. She has experience working with children and adults doing activity and play-based therapies, routine-building, cognitive skills training, and exposure therapy. Christie is passionate about fostering inclusivity in healthcare and bridging gaps in accessibility in her practice. As such, she is dedicated to providing care with the best interests of the child and their families at heart. In her free time, you'll find Christie reading in a corner somewhere or planning her next travel!

Alanna is a clinically certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CASLPO) with a Master’s in Human Communication Sciences from the University of Sheffield and over five years of experience supporting children and families across clinical, educational, and virtual settings. She is deeply committed to holistic care and believes that improved communication is the key to improved quality of life— central to learning, participation, and connection. Alanna has worked with individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, delivering speech and language services in hospitals, homes, schools, treatment centers, and via virtual platforms. She is passionate about family involvement and meaningful, individualized goals that reflect the child’s actual real-world needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and playing Dungeons and Dragons!

Jannessa achieved her College Diploma in Developmental Service Worker (DSW) at Durham College. After graduating from the DSW program, she decided to continue her education with a Post-Grad Program in Autism and Behavioural Science at George Brown College. Currently, she is employed at York Region District School Board as an Intervention Support Worker. She is responsible for applying ABA/IBI principles to student's daily routine within mainstream classrooms/community classes and occasionally trains support staff (if needed) for applying new skills to the job. She also works 1:1 with kids with intellectual or physical disabilities, provides support with school curriculum, life skills, or other special needs. In her free time, she enjoys crafting/scrapbooking, spending time with her family and friends, and her two dogs!

Meghan graduated from Trent University with an Honours Degree in Psychology. She has worked as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) at a daycare since 2021 with infants as young as 6 months old, toddlers, preschoolers, and children in the before and after school program. She recognizes the crucial role that Early Childhood Educators have on children and their families and is driven to support them using her enthusiasm and dedication to seeing every child flourish. Meghan strives to create a social and emotional foundation that leads children to fulfilling lives. In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, listening to music, spending time outdoors, going to the gym, and traveling!

Sarah graduated from Guelph University with an Honours Degree in Behavioural Science. She has worked as a Developmental Support Worker (DSW) and Educational Assistant (EA) in both public and private school boards implementing ABA, IBI and FCT interventions with her students. Sarah is very passionate about helping each individual achieve their goals while also significantly improving their quality of life. Watching each individual succeed is one of her greatest joys in life. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, cooking, baking new recipes and spending time with her family!
